We saw lots of companies turning their open source projects into proprietary software. The latest is #hashicorp #terraform. But it's not a new phenomenon. Red Hat was open source in the beginning and lots of others, too.
How does open source and #commercialization fit together in a sustainable way? Does Freemium work? Should we open source only stuff we make no money with?
