Anarchists are inherently counterculture because the capitalist inevitable comes to own and commodify culture.

A long time ago on fedi, we wrote that we felt many people were identifying as #anarchist maybe to differentiate themselves from the #monopolists / corporateState totalitarians.

We felt that they simply wanted to be treated as sovereign citizens, not as cogs in the #corporatised and #commodified experiment some call #neoliberalism.
