@AlexanderVI @OlgaPatlyuk When I speak about security guarantees, I mean exactly that, the Nations providing the guarantee should use all means, including war, to protect the beneficiary, in this case #Ukraine. I have stated before my believe that we should provide Ukraine with all #Military means, #Defensive and #Offensive, and that the #Defeat of #Russia will improve our #CommonSecurity.
