Except that on Mastodon the rules are usually also enforced, regardless if you're a "celebrity" or not.
Platforms, that don't tell their users "Don't do this/ don't do that" simply won't enjoy a long life, & they may even un/intentionally become complicit in violating laws by neglecting to define & enforce own rules.
Freedom has its limits, where harm could be inflicted. Universal rule😉.
