I’m looking forward today to the Homeless Memorial Service at 11 am at Christ Church Cathedral on Monument Circle in Indianapolis. Always at #WinterSolstice, a candle is lit as the name of each unhoused neighbor who died this year is read and the church bell tolls for each one.
To me, unhoused neighbors are the canaries in the coal mine of social and political systems that continue to miss the mark of including and empowering all.

@pezmico toy libraries are awesome, especially when your kids are under 4 we found. They often only use toys for a few weeks at that age, so it's a huge waste of space to buy your own. #zerowaste #communitysolutions #sharing #toylibrary
