Still rewatching #communitytv . I enjoyed the Advanced Advanced #d&d episode just as much as the first one. Is that an upgrade to an AD&D 2e book?

Working my way through #communitytv and got to the Meow Meow Beez episode, where the community focuses on rated popularity creating a #paranoiarpg -like environment where you wear colours matching your assigned station.
Hillarious, but a little too close to what most social media has become. I just want to connect to a few new people with similar interests and share ideas. I think #mastodon is close to what I am looking for, but I need to remain focussed on connections not numbers.

Re-watching #communitytv and it still holds up but with a few problematic elements. Up to the (first) AD&D episode, which I like because it mainstreams #ttrpg play 12+ years ago and is hillarious.
But also because the way they play is a little #fkr and it has character reveals that work in a way that inspired our Dark Secrets mechanic.
