I normally work from home, but need to go into the office today. I take a bus to the commuter rail to the subway, just to get across the city of Boston into Cambridge. The bus was 5 minutes early so I missed it and had to speed walk to the train, which was on time. I have been waiting at the subway stop for 32 minutes. A train just came and I couldn't fit, and now I'm waiting for the next one that claims to be 7 minutes away. Oof. #mbta #commuterrail #redline #commute #Boston

The #commuterrail was a few minutes late this morning - enough to watch the moon move behind the #MBTA tower at #SouthActon. It made me think how carefully our ancestors watched the sky before the #ClimateEmergency - and wonder how long we’ll be around to watch it.
