The workers struck, Red Jacket sued. The 4th Circuit refused to apply the Clayton Act, following a precedent from a case called #DuplexPrinting that held that the Clayton Act only applied to people who stood "in the proximate relation of employer and employee."

Also pretty sure #BillClinton rolled back many #protections put in place in the #1930s, during his stint in the #1990s.
Because the #corporateState like us to repeat history every 60 years or so.
