I'm skimming the briefs in the case brought against Tesla and Musk by stockholders regarding the giant grant given by the company to Musk to "motivate" him to perform his duties toward the company (what a concept) in 2018 (courtesy @chancerydaily).
While I understand that party briefs are necessarily one-sided, do they really have to smear it on this thick?
