The #CompetitonBureau shouldn't have hidden agendas.
It's the job of the #CTRS tribunal to recognize the vested interests of each of the parties and the #CompetitonBureau is insulting their intelligence if they feel the need to explicitly point out that there are interests not wholly related to the benefit of consumers.
