- Has anybody ever actually recieved the £16.87 Welcome Reward promised by Complete Savings, because despite providing them with complete and multiple proof of a second purchase with Greater Anglia as required in their terms and conditions somehow they are saying they are not valid, seriously WTF, total shysters springs to mind.
