as such, whenever dev pushes a patch to lower difficulty in single-player portions of games (here: bosses in ) it strikes me as a bit ; especially when the bosses were not

is it a sales thing? are we worried that the game having a reputation of being "too hard" would hurt future adoption?

After watching the thrilling win at the , I played some more D:OS2 with C. We stumbled into a pretty big battle and it took a good hour or more to finish it off but we did it without a restart. Still lots of public servers running for this game. Of course, we've been playing nearly 200 hours, so I can see why. I imagine we have at least another 30 hours to go.
