Anyone have any good tricks to fix #keyboard flex? I've tried some pretty Jank fixes but the flex in the #lenovo #IdeaPad 3 is really bad

Currently thinking about printing a center brace for both inside and underneath the thing to really stabilize it.

The things I do for fun. 🤪

A couple months ago the SBC in the Allen & Heath GLD-80 mixer died at my HoW. We thought it best replace entire mixer and I was given the dead one to repair for personal use/learning.

Replaced SBC last night and it has life, but now built in display is not working - all multi cored vert lines. Could be LVDS cable or the actual 8.4" display. More parts to come.

At least I'm not rebuilding transmission on the dining room table! 🤣

The PSU shows good voltage on all but the -5v line which shows -3v. Bad caps? Would that prevent it from booting or chiming?
