Instead he was directed to use an app / website, which was unusable for him in the noisy airport.

Haven't heard this one in a while, on a recent domestic flight in Norway.. Over intercom: " We need 5 people to move to the front of the plane, or we are not allowed to take off!" This on a 737-800.

My client is an organisation with a rich history, it runs and awards "challenge prizes" for life-changing and life-saving #innovations and #treatments.

These are huge #investments on an international scale.

Of course the word "prize", which is the name for this kind of funding, and also part of the organisation's name, has tripped the anti-gambling #algorithms stopping me doing paid posts and there's no appeal procedure.
