A file is space on the file system. When it is deleted, the space is marked for reclamation by the OS for use for something else. When a file is in the recycling bin, the user may clean out the recycling bin, and so the bits of the file are turned into another, different file. Drones are an excellent training tool. You can look over what you did and how you did it, and figure out what needs work. The most recent training identified a lot of issues with new pieces of gear, as well as some issues with how I come into an engagement position. Constant work on self and others improves this.
