I did my last bisque firing the first week of the shut down in March 2020, wondering if I had made a mistake so many years ago to go into a self pay private practice.
I had no idea how busy I'd get - week after week of 30+ clients, turning down 4 or 5 inquiries a week from folks looking for a therapist.
It's April 3, 2023, and I just unloaded that bisque kiln. Now to find out if the glazes survived....

Digging out my pottery studio so I can get back to throwing over the Thanksgiving holidays and found one of my favorite tea bowls. About six years old. Cone 6 oxidation; faceted with a cutting wire. My own white glaze inside and rim, ash glaze on faceted body. #pottery #ceramics #cone6
