Heading to a conference on Wednesday, a colleague I was hoping to meet there just got back from a conference I didn't attend (but probably a number of others were there as well). The colleague now has Covid. I was already planning on masking, but now I'm a bit more worried, especially as there are more conferences the following 2 weeks. Are we headed back to Zoom?

It’s much cheaper (only US$20 per visa) and it gets approved in hours, not weeks. I just applied for a friend and it was approved in 3 hours
