I pour half thru one nostril and half thru the other. And it does nothing that I can tell. My husband says it gives him so much relief, he can feel/hear his ears and sinuses popping and gunk comes out, etc. But it has never done a dang thing for me, which is frustrating bc I know it works wonders for some folks! #NetiPot #Congested #Sick #Sinuses
