Using Kitty's new book, "Ask Yourself: The Consent Culture Workbook," as a guide, we'll tackle prompts on our internal beliefs, relationships to loved ones, relationships to community, and self-reflection.

This workshop isn't just about sexual or romantic relationships. Participants will think critically about their experiences and identify where they could choose informed consent instead of society's encouraged values of entitlement, disassociation & pushing past our limits.
