You don’t need to be at the courthouse as an advocate in front of a judge, on behalf of the homeless, as I have. Keep bottled water in your car, personal care kits (with hand sanitizer, toothpaste, toothbrushes, personal wipes, & a comb), & if possible meal cards so they can get something to eat outside soup kitchen hours (my sister does McDonald’s ones).
