Kiwi, prune juice, etc. would probably be more effective than Vibrant in most cases. But I wonder if Vibrant would perform better for #constipation in neurological conditions like #Parkinson disease. I hope they try something like this for gastroparesis - there really isn't much help for it.

Unfortunately I've become intolerant to a lot of foods. Teff is interesting; I'm sure its not the fiber that does it. It might be the size/shape - the grains look a lot like parasite eggs.
