The report was called "Cracking Up" and was an hour long.
The #constructionLobby of course, continue to resist any extra regulation and say they can #selfRegulate. Govt seem to bend over for them. Madness.
Prospective #apartment buyers in #Australia are basically #gambling.

The #profitMotive, including the #revolvingDoor, #privatisation (insofar as #publicHousing) and #rentseeking behaviour in #realEstate results in awful architecture.
