@nielspflaeging I agree every company is a #social institution. I guess I don't understand the motivation behind why a company would want to adopt #betacodex philosophy, without pressure from #ConsumerDemand ? Business motivation is 99% about #money - #customerDemand is a huge motivation factor. I'm saying: market this to consumers, publish lists of #BetaCodex businesses so consumer can choose them over competition. This will drive #BetaCodex adoption. Snowball effect.

@nielspflaeging Businesses will not spend time or money reducing employee misery unless there's something in it for them, such as #consumerDemand requiring it or reduced #profit without it.
