OH NO! A problem with the payment method that you charged $107 to (I presume an annual price) that I never signed up for, and the subscription I never signed up for is ending? The same one that the app and support said hasn’t been active since 2019?

I like eero and generally like Amazon as a customer, but between this and Amazon locking accounts without prior notification, I am at my wits end.
