Ich schrieb oben, dass #Contagion mal wieder ein Originaltext ist, bei dem ich websuchend öfters auf genau die Textstelle verwiesen werde, die ich gerade recherchiere.

Heute kam noch eine Steigerung: Ich fand, als einzigen brauchbaren Treffer, eine englischsprachige Forumssuche (!) für genau diese Textstelle - und sie blieb seit 2009 (!!) ohne hilfreiche Antwort. "It may be a regionalism", ja klar, so schlau war ich auch.

Lasst mich kurz jammern bitte: 1.600 markierte Stellen auf 240 Seiten.

Die Story "Prairee" ist ein farbenfroher, gerade mal vier Seiten langer Alptraum-Mix aus Dalí, Ernst und Bosch.

Ich werde merken, ob es eine gute Idee war, die vor dem Schlafengehen noch rohzuübersetzen.
