Thinking about signals that distinguish collaborative groups from integrative groups.

Theory: when you're *really* working together you're not "surging" efforts.

A researcher shouldn't be batching research. They should be doing as an "integrated" member of the team.

Bumped into "The Management Interaction Gap" from @cyetain via @hiredthought and it feels similar.

When you're "surging" activities, is it a sign you're not integrated with the team?
