Here's an OpenStreetMap query that returns all oneway streets where bikes are explicitly allowed as contraflow, and where the contraflow is a painted green lane on the side. Works anywhere in the world, just click run!

How do you know if congestion management is working? Comparing the raw travel times plus congestion patterns data along a Boston corridor showed a decrease in #traffic and led to suspending the #contraflow system for some time in 2020.
