So first idea to change your #InnerSettings: When someone confronts you with dumb nonsense and causes #anger and #hate in you, you first thought must be: This guy wants me to turn angry and hateful. The moment you turn that he won. You should still fight these guys, but your argument basis should come out of a #happy heart. This will also #convince others not involved, that you must be right somehow, bc usually people don't believe angry folks. Also be reminded, such ppl. will with 90% probability not change their mind, but with 30% probability you might convince those passively watching.

So you do actually not address these guys because you wanna convince or kill him, but to take his stage away and place yourself on it 😇😜

Which is why we don't need to #convince anyone of Beta. It's enough to expose Alpha as what it is: An abomination of #work & #organizations.

I think we all can relate to that. I experienced the same with my bosses, 20-25 years ago.

Later I learned that
1) often you must be an external party to be heard
2) that you cannot ever #convince anyone!

In the last 20 yrs, I have worked as a speaker & consultant: I have been heard by "Alpha" CEOs and even listened to.
