Oh man, there is not much time to remove white #Jasmine_rice from the (figurative) fire after it has boiled. Else it goes to mush fast! It certainly smells lovely which is why am using now.

I had been cooking brown #calrose_rice which takes much longer & certainly does not mush, as soon as white rice, after boiling. Will return to brown rice after Jasmine rice is all eaten up.

White rice would certainly be desired when #wanting_to_eat_NOW!

~15 oz (~1.8 cup) of #canned_beans in ~1 cup of #rice are barely start to be recognized; will try with half more of the beans.
