I'll be away most of this & next week, so this week’s episode of cooking for the week is about things my partner will enjoy while I am gone.
Pot Roast:
1.5 - 2 lbs chuck roast
1 can of beef consume
1 can of cream of onion soup
1 packet of Lipton beefy onion soup mix
Carrots, vidalia onion, & potatoes
6 to 8 hours on high
