Paul started posting #CookingWithJohn meal prep photos when John Campbell started presenting Checkpoint. I was typically home by then so I figured why not and eventually jumped on the bandwagon.

When John Campbell left, I used #CookingWithCheckPoint & continued posting, adding #CookingWithLisa when Lisa Owen became presenter, and swapping in a new #hashtag as needed with fill-in presenters.
