Because I still tested positive for C19 yesterday morning, I wasn't able to attend last night's celebratory dinner for Top Toques' silver medal student chef team for Taste Canada's competition.

Just spoke with Chef Elaina to see how it went: 40 people, beautiful plates, delicious food. Sad I couldn't be there, but so happy it went well! Hoping to see posts/photos so I can post them here :)
