Incentivize #PublicHousing projects and have a #tennant-owned #cooperative (#deposit = shares in cooperative) as "corporate landlord"...

This is what my hometown has done...
The result is affordable housing.

"Green" growth is, for example, low-carbon #AgroEcological farming replacing high-carbon mono-industrial farming practices. "Growth" of an ecologically sustainable sector that replaces the ecologically damaging sector.

Make that agroecology business a #cooperative & we will have mitigated #ClimateChange & inequality

One foreseen problem, "we" (the more the better), have to do it, make it a reality, not only write about the solutions.

Fair: treating someone in a way that is right or reasonable, or treating a group of people equally & not allowing personal opinions to influence your judgment: a fair trial. Why should I have to do all the cleaning? It's not fair! It's not fair on Joe (= it is not right) to make him do all the work!
