Watched the 3 Minutes West / Dutch National Ballet #coppelia yesterday. Just came across it randomly, expecting Delibes… After an initial discombobulation, it was captivating: a cute take on the story (with a couple of more nods to the Hoffmann original), with lovely music and a really great cast of dancers. Did miss some of the Delibes bangers though. #ballet

And just like that, Nutcracker season is over for another year.

So proud of this girl. She worked so hard. Lead role as Clara in yesterday's performance and plenty of both flat and pointe roles in the other two performances.

Now for some well needed rest until January rehearsals for the spring show start #coppelia
