Sources added that #Howell also ordered #Corcoran to hand over a number of records tied to what Howell described as Trump's alleged "criminal scheme," echoing prosecutors. Those records include handwritten notes, invoices, & transcriptions of personal #AudioRecordings.

So Michael Cohen is saying that #Corcoran is "playing for an audience of 1" (Trump). And I tend to believe Cohen, in part b/c what Corcoran is saying is totally implausible. But what I don't understand is why would someone perjure himself for Trump at this point, when Trump may never again be in a position to pardon him? What's in it for Corcoran?
