Does anyone recommend any cheap DVR-style systems I could set up with an over the air antenna?

I am happy with my over the air antenna for live sports, which is the only thing streaming services don’t provide to me well enough. However, when I can’t watch it live I find it impossible to google and figure out how to watch without accidentally seeing the score.

Ok may be making the switch from Chromecast to Plex. On first look, Plex is out WAY ahead on live TV selection. Gonna spend this evening playing around with the streaming. I switched from Roku to Chromecast about 3 years ago and never looked back. But I keep hearing about Plex so finally took the plunge. I'm strictly interested in the streaming. Probably won't create a Plex server. Any tips?

I spent most of the morning thinking about a Plex server to bring in and DVR over the air TV, finally when I got to trying to estimate how to configure refurb boxes and if this was definitely going to work under ubuntu or what kind of video card was going to be in there I was like, wth, all the TV we would have access to is guaranteed to be terrible and filled with ads for messed up prescription medication, I'm not putting more than $50 into this. #cordcutters

Ok #CordCutters who watch streaming on TV, what are you using? I've had it with the commercials every 5 mins on YT and shit using the Roku YT app.

I'm still using Voip.ms for occasional texting, it's been like a week or two and the experience on Android hasn't upset me.

I still need to figure out how to stay logged in on desktop but I feel like that's got to be a solvable problem, and also I care less about it.

time to change my Signal number to match, and update my phone number with any entities I want to have the new one... I think I'm finally done with Google Voice for real & forever.
