Heute die TV-Box (ein #Odroid N2 mit einem #CoreELEC als OS) erfolgreich mit einem Update auf #Kodi 20 Nexus gefüttert. An Konfigurationen und Plugins ist bei mir alles kompatibel und so läuft das System gefühlt wieder ein bisschen stabiler und flüssiger. Ein weiteres tolles Stück Open Source Software mit einer super Community ✌🏻

Whoops. Got a bit trigger happy and updated to #CoreELEC 20 / @Kodi Nexus only to find it broke IPTV. Thankfully a quick rollback seems to have worked

#coreelec running from emmc on the 2GB radxa zero. Quite nicely too with low resource usage. This is what happens when you can access the GPU unlike my previous setup of libreelec on the #rpi4 which was entirely CPU bound. Now to print a case and attach heatsinks and fan. And sell the raspberry pi 😁 The radxas were just under $33 a piece from ameridroid. One is being used for my #sdr server and now the other for kodi.

Die Leap-S1 Kiste ist tatsächlich deutlich Pflegeleichter. Hat auch ohne Probleme F-Droid (und SideloadLauncher) geschluckt. Nur NewPipe will nicht so richtig... 🤔

Eine Frechheit ist natürlich die Werbung, die per Update in den Launcher gespült wird. Fritzbox blockt jetzt androidtvwatsonfe-pa.googleapis.com 🖕

Nokia Streaming Box 8000 und Nvidia Shield sind noch von 2019. Ansonsten findet man MeCool KM2 oder Thomson THA100...
