Jan. 31 is the deadline for #California, #Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and Wyoming to come to an agreement or the federal government could impose the cuts.

Lake Powell has fallen below its target elevation of 3,525 feet to one of its lowest recorded levels since it began filling in the 1960s. #LakePowell was at 3,524.98 feet on Dec. 27, per Bureau of Reclamation CSV data.
