Watched Fall of the House of Usher tonight. Yes, we were inspired by @darkcorners3's #Corman #Price #Poe special from last week. Much fun. Beautiful, great creepy atmosphere, and #VincentPrice is just the best. My only complaint, which is a problem with several of the Poe films, is that the romantic lead is a total bore. At least in Usher, he and the damsel in distress do have good chemistry, but otherwise he's a complete dud. Thank goodness for Vinnie and his Billy Idol hairdo. :)

So now I need to watch #Corman's Day the World Ended (1955), followed by #Wenders' Der Stand der Dinge (1982). That's film 100 and 101 for the year sorted then. #film
