Falmouth Packet - Bakery in Cornwall to use solar power to produce Cornish pasties

A Cornish Pasty factory has installed a 131.2kw solar system which will supply at least 20% of it's yearly power needs. More impressively, on one very sunny day, it met 98% of their power needs at that point!

A thought I've had several times on our holiday in this week is "Where are the bilingual signs?" Coming from where bilingual signs are completely normal, it seems really odd not to see any on signs here. Cornish really should be given equal visibility and encouraged.
