Coronation quiche ..done! Our ancient oven always seems to need to be a gas mark higher than the recipe. At the cooked time mine was still runny in middle and pale. There's a lot of cheese in it so got frustrated with the lack of browning and bunged it under the grill to get the cheese bits golden. And so clumsy can't get the thing out of the tin the in one piece so looks more like scrambled egg than quiche. LOL Tastes nice though, like the tarragon. Then the bean surprise...

The #CoronationQuiche sounds quite disgusting!
While I do like broad beans, spinach etc I can think of a better combination of ingredients for a quiche.
We won't be eating it (your suggestion sounds much better).
Nor will we put our hands on hearts & swear allegience to Charles III.

delivered on a Wednesday, along with our Broad Beans, Spinach, Coronations etc..
