After I was close to giving up the whole project in mid-August, the last two training weeks were pretty awesome. Highlighted by 2h15min longrun in Munich on Sunday morning.
My #Twaiv training plan continues to be very hard for two more weeks, so the jury is still out on project Ulm on October 1st.
Oh, and in between I do a 42km hiking marathon ;)

Die kurzen Intervall (8x30) x 2 klappen so viel besser als die Langen (3 x 120) x 2.
Konnte die geforderte Pace von 5:01 locker erreichen und halten; die 5:20 bei den Langen neulich nicht.

Erste Einheit mit der #Coros - Funktionalität prima, einzig der Drehknopf ist etwas altbacken und träge. Mal schauen wie sich der Hobel am Berg und im Wald macht.

Werde wohl #Coros mal ne Chance geben und dann entscheiden welche Uhr ich behalte. (nehme an #Polar wird die Alte reparieren)
