@ij not a recommended setup (and even not a setup you should use).

Use at least 3 servers for #Ceph with low latency and high bandwidth in between.

Also #Proxmox VE (especially the #Corosync component that cares about cluster communication) needs less than 5ms.

Your 3rd Node in a 2-Node Proxmox Cluster can be a qnetd-Device, you don't need a 3rd Server (but you need for Ceph).

Je pense que c'est ça qui fout régulièrement mes serveurs en vrille, en fait :/
J'en ai choppé un à 3 Go mais je suis sûr que ça va plus haut.
