It has been written about extensively for some time now. The brilliant Polish-Swiss psychologist Alice Miller wrote groundbreaking books about this link. Philip Greven's Spare the Child studies this link in an American historical context.

Written by EJI founder #BryanStevenson, he talks about cases of those wrongfully incarcerated and/or on death row. He also works on cases where children have been charged as adults.
