@dramypsyd Not for the first time, it has occurred to me that many of the strictures set in place about angry complaints, are to silence criticism, not just to protect frontline staff. Many businesses have made themselves uncontactable by phone or email...whilst the quality of their goods and services deteriorates exponentially.
