I used to attend anywhere from 6 to 11 hours of meetings per day. On Fridays I tried to have few to no meetings just so I would have some time off on the weekends. And I never took a vacation. All meetings were on the phone or video conferenced. I did that particular job for 8 or 9 years and I am so glad it is behind me. It was killing me. Literally. My health spiraled.
