The Hebrew is ambiguous. It probably means that the seraphim covered their own eyes and feet, but they could be covering Yahweh’s eyes and Yahweh’s feet. In the Old Testament, “feet” was a euphemism for genitals, so it’s possible that Yahweh had genitals.
