THIS is what is wrong with Portland. PPB & PFB are doing “constructive discharge” of the entire street response program. If Street Response had a fraction of PPB’s money that goes to purchase militarized equipment & fund bad cops we’d all be better off. No mental health services and government officials who think clothing people in crisis is “enabling.”
