What about Garrett Hedlund? He would have to darken his hair, but he'd be able to play the amnesiac learning his nature. He's old enough to be deep, and looks young enough to be immortal.

I'm still curious about people's opinion on this. The upcoming adaptation of Zelazny's Amber needs their Corwin. Ideally they'll score a casting coup like with GoT and Dinklage. Who should be Corwin? My idea was Jake Gyllenhaal, but maybe it's outside the box. Boost for a better pool of suggestions.
