Hello people of the #UK, please be aware there is a rather nasty #cold / #flu bug doing the rounds that feels like post-vaccinated Covid but isn't #Covid. My advice would be to not mingle around lots of people and keep nuking your hands with #sanitiser. Thankfully the symptoms don't seem to last very long, but still, meh! Get the paracetamol and ibuprofen tablets stocked up.

I have some #HeadCold nonsense going on the last week or so. It's that time of the year, isn't it? #Coughs and #colds and #RandomSweating

But today I've hit the shifting it part where the nose starts being unblocked and your muscles don't feel like there's an #MMA fight going on in them.

And there is something about this stage. I despise head colds. But this day where things start feeling better... Well it's good. I'm not saying it makes the cold worthwhile but there is something about it.
